By accessing or using this website, purchasing from PetLink, or using any service made available through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
In these Terms, “PetLink,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PetLink. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, account holder, or other person using the website. These Terms apply alongside any policies or disclosures presented during checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you use PetLink on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts, products, and orders
This section explains how website access, product information, checkout, payment authorization, and order acceptance work.
Responsible access
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use this website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with website security, functionality, or availability.
Keep your details accurate
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly updating changes. Activity completed through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Descriptions and compatibility
We work to present accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility details, colors, and specifications. Screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing changes, and photography may cause minor differences. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your pet, home, device, vehicle, or intended use.
Inventory may change
Products may be modified, limited, discontinued, or unavailable without advance notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Purchase limits may apply when reasonably necessary to protect customers or manage inventory.
Your order is an offer to purchase
Submitting an order does not by itself create a binding obligation for PetLink to fulfill it. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Checkout controls
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or typographical errors before accepting an order, subject to applicable law.
Authorization to charge
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the order total to be charged. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Act quickly
Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once processing begins. If an order can no longer be changed, the applicable return process may be available after delivery.
Digital communication
You consent to receive order confirmations, transaction notices, policy disclosures, and other service communications electronically. You may retain copies for your records.

PetLink products support feeding, hydration, hygiene, monitoring, training, containment, identification, visibility, home safety, and travel. Always follow the product manual and choose settings appropriate for your pet.

Fulfillment
From order to arrival
PetLink offers free shipping on all products. Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability, address verification, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and events outside reasonable control.
Order review
Payment, address details, product availability, and fraud controls may be verified.
Processing
Your order is prepared and assigned to the appropriate delivery service.
In transit
Tracking information may be provided when supported by the carrier and shipment.
Delivery
Please inspect the parcel and product promptly after it reaches the delivery address.
Delivery details
You are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are informational and may change. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law, generally upon delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels
Report a missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered order as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the packaging, shipping label, photographs, and other relevant information while the issue is reviewed.
Events outside reasonable control
PetLink is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, labor events, transportation restrictions, natural disasters, governmental action, service outages, or comparable circumstances outside reasonable control. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

After delivery
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
PetLink provides a 30-day free return and exchange period. Requests should be initiated within 30 days after delivery and remain subject to the conditions below and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Return eligibility
Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law, returned products should be complete and in substantially original condition, with included accessories, manuals, components, and packaging where reasonably possible.
Health, hygiene, and safety
Products that contact food, water, waste, skin, fur, or bodily fluids may require cleaning or additional review before a return can be approved. Restrictions will not override rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges and replacement products
Exchange availability depends on inventory. If a requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution or refund may be offered. Replacing a product does not extend any original warranty except where required by law.

Savings
Subscriptions and promotions
Promotional offers are intended to make smarter pet care more accessible. Each offer remains subject to its displayed eligibility, timing, and product terms.
Automatic 15% savings
Customers who successfully subscribe by email are eligible for an automatic 15% sitewide discount. This benefit is not limited to the first order. Eligibility may depend on the subscribed email remaining active and being associated with the checkout session or customer account.
Automatic 20% promotions
Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount. Participating products and promotional periods may change. The applicable discount and final total will be displayed before payment.
Checkout shows the result
Some discounts may not combine with other offers. When multiple promotions appear eligible, checkout will show whether they can be used together. Unless an error is evident, the displayed checkout total governs the purchase.
Fair promotional use
Promotions may not be reproduced, transferred, sold, manipulated, or used through automated or fraudulent activity. We may withdraw improperly used discounts or cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law.
Service messages and promotional messages are different
You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages. Even after opting out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional communications relating to orders, account security, policy updates, product safety, or other transactions.

Use PetLink responsibly
You may browse, shop, and use PetLink for lawful personal or organizational purposes. The following activities are prohibited.
Security interference
Do not bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access.
Automated extraction
Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically extract website content, customer data, product information, or pricing without written permission.
Fraudulent activity
Do not use false identities, unauthorized payment methods, deceptive claims, manipulated promotions, or activity intended to defraud PetLink or another person.
Unlawful or harmful content
Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, obscene, or harmful.
Commercial misuse
Do not resell access to the website, impersonate PetLink, misuse our brand, or use website content to create a misleading or competing service.
Unsafe product use
Do not modify, install, or use products in a way that conflicts with instructions, safety warnings, laws, or the welfare of an animal or person.

Ownership, feedback, and privacy
PetLink content
The website and its text, photographs, graphics, layouts, logos, product presentation, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to PetLink and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PetLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, process requests, prevent fraud, and present submitted reviews or feedback.
Privacy and personal information
Personal information is handled according to our applicable privacy disclosures. Do not submit confidential information through reviews, public features, or other areas intended for publication.

These provisions allocate responsibility while preserving consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or reference third-party payment services, carriers, platforms, manufacturers, applications, or websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms. PetLink does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for third-party conduct except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Product use and pet welfare
Smart feeders, fountains, doors, litter systems, trackers, cameras, collars, training devices, fences, gates, restraints, grooming products, and similar devices must be selected and used with appropriate judgment. Technology does not replace direct supervision, professional training, veterinary care, or emergency attention.
Service disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device, network, pet, home, vehicle, or third-party system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising from the website, services, or products. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Non-excludable rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful, including rights concerning fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or legally required product remedies.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify PetLink against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unsafe use or unauthorized modification of a product.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction apply. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.
Unless applicable law permits or requires a different forum, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving LaSalle County, Illinois. You and PetLink retain any rights to pursue eligible claims in small claims court.
These Terms do not prevent you from contacting a consumer protection agency
or exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, fraud, security risks, serious policy violations, or harm to PetLink, customers, animals, or third parties. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Assignment
You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. PetLink may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a reorganization, merger, sale, financing, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with policies and disclosures incorporated by reference, form the agreement concerning your use of PetLink. They replace prior understandings concerning the same subject matter.

Updates
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to PetLink services, products, technology, operations, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. Orders already accepted remain governed by the terms applicable when the order was accepted unless the law requires a different result.
